Jigawa State Investment Promotion and Development Company Limited (JSIPDC), based at Dutse Shopping Complex, Dutse, Jigawa State, Nigeria, is a state-owned enterprise established to drive investment and economic growth in Jigawa, a key agricultural hub. Operating under the Jigawa State Government, JSIPDC engages in commercial activities, including the purchase, processing, and trading of agricultural commodities such as sesame seeds, sorghum, millet, wheat, jatropha, and hibiscus. It is registered as the second e-warehouse operator in northwestern Nigeria, with Approval-in-Principle for its Maigatari warehouse, and as an Institutional Trader with the Nigerian Commodity Exchange (NCX), with two staff as Authorized Dealing Clerks. JSIPDC manages four warehouses at its Dutse complex and an ultramodern market with 836 open stalls and 500 lockup shops.
